Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions, Spartanburg, SC, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Receiving Supervisor to lead the receiving department and staff, ensuring accuracy and safety. The role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00am–3:00pm, in our Spartanburg facility.

You will train new staff, manage daily workloads, and maintain documentation while promoting teamwork and adherence to company policies. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Associate’s degree in Business or related or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or distribution preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for receiving operations and staff on site.
• Ensure accuracy and safety in all receiving processes.
• Organize daily workload and direct staff accordingly.
• Train new employees and participate in performance reviews annually.
• Maintain documentation and paperwork daily.
• Promote teamwork and a safe, efficient work environment.
