Job summary

WM oversees the transportation department across multiple locations, providing leadership within the assigned geography and acting as the liaison between customers, operations, CSRs, and the support team.

Responsibilities include inventory management, route scheduling, driver debriefs, and ensuring on-time service while maintaining strong customer relationships. A valid driver’s license and supervisory/Logistics experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a structured environment.
• Minimum 2 years Transportation/Logistics experience; ability to plan and supervise.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Manage route scheduling to service all customers by end of day.
• Supervise driver debrief process and ensure documentation for transactions.
• Maintain high customer service standards measured by key metrics.
• Manage open order reports to resolve service issues.
• Monitor and enforce safety policies and DOT compliance.
