The Operations Manager is responsible for onboarding, developing, coaching, mentoring, and performance management of all drivers and helpers assigned to them. The ideal candidate will have experience with coaching and mentoring employees, understand transportation and logistics, and 3+ years of experience in people management overseeing a staff of 23-25 employees. Experience in managing union employees and DOT regulated drivers is preferred. The schedule is Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. to close. Operations Managers should be flexible to work either opening or closing shifts and weekends after a holiday to support the operational needs.

The expected base pay range for this office/on-site position is $80,000 to $85,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive pay.
