Job summary

Southeastern Freight Lines is recruiting for an entry-level Management Trainee to join its Operations Management Trainee Program in Destrehan, LA. The 16-week intensive training is designed to propel you toward leadership roles within operations, with mentorship and hands-on exposure to cross-dock operations and customer interactions.

Participants will relocate after completing the program to assume their first leadership position at another facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation or Logistics or 2+ years related experience.
• Valid driving history matching company standards.
• Willingness to relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 16-week Operations Management Trainee Program and learn leadership principles.
• Observe and assist Account Manager during customer sales calls and drivers on routes.
• Relocate to a facility for first leadership role after program.
