Highly analytical with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong leadership and change-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute all transportation activities across the organization.
Review contracts and rate sheets; perform rate analysis for carrier RFQs.
Deploy, integrate, and maintain the Transportation Management System (TMS).
Serve as liaison with transportation partners to promote strong supplier relationships.
Analyze data to drive cost savings and improve service levels.
Lead a team coordinating transportation, planning, sales, procurement, and customer service.
Monitor KPIs and report progress; develop improvement action plans.
Ensure carrier capacity at plants and DOT compliance.
