Penske Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager to lead driver teams at a Penske location in Atlanta. You will drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance while maintaining a safe work culture.

Responsibilities include meeting KPIs, daily customer liaison, identifying route and process improvements, and collaborating with Penske sites to leverage best practices.

Qualifications

• 4 - 6 years related functional experience.
• 3+ years managerial or supervisory experience with DOT regulated positions required
• High School degree or equivalent required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint required

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed all customer key performance metrics and objectives
• Interact daily with local customer to understand needs
• Lead team to identify operational improvements in routes, carrier selection, backhauls, and trailer loading
• Collaborate with other Penske sites to share best practices and resources
