Penske Logistics in Atlanta seeks an energetic Operations Manager to lead drivers and frontline teams in a fast-paced environment. You will develop forward-looking plans, drive route optimization, and ensure customer requirements are met while maintaining safety and financial targets.

Responsibilities include building strong relationships with customers and teams, implementing process improvements, and coaching staff to achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing teams in dynamic operations.
• Experience recruiting, training, developing, and retaining staff.
• Ability to manage budgets, P&L, and financial plans.
• Proven record of meeting/exceeding KPIs.
• Ability to travel as necessary.

Responsabilités

• Lead supervisors and associates to meet customer objectives.
• Meet/exceed customer KPIs; interact with local customer daily.
• Identify operational improvements (route optimization, carrier selection).
• Collaborate across Penske sites to share best practices.
• Develop and execute annual financial operating plan.
• Promote safety culture and coach through observations.
