Job summary

C&S Chemicals is seeking a Transportation Operations Manager to join our Logistics team in Roswell, GA. The role oversees day-to-day dispatch, routing, and driver management for a dedicated fleet across multi-state lanes, driving efficiency and compliance.

You will own dispatch execution, develop SOPs, and track KPIs like on-time delivery, driver utilization, and cost per load, while maintaining strong communication with drivers, customers, and third-party carriers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in transportation operations.
• Experience managing, coaching, or supporting drivers day to day.
• Working knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations, hours-of-service rules.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch schedules for a dedicated driver group.
• Plan efficient routes within loading windows, delivery appointments, and DOT hours-of-service.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for new drivers; conduct performance evaluations.
