Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. in Georgia seeks a Transportation Specialist to oversee day-to-day activities of Class A CDL drivers and company equipment, ensuring safe, efficient operations and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate pickups, monitor performance, maintain TMS records, and collaborate with drivers, customers, and leadership to address capacity needs and service issues. The role emphasizes leadership, reporting, and adherence to DOT, OSHA, and related safety practices with

Qualifications

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in management, business, logistics, transportation, or a related field required.
Minimum of three years of related supervisory experience required.
Transportation or logistics industry experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily activities of Class A CDL drivers, attendance, equipment assignments, and on-time pickups/deliveries.
Monitor DOT/FSR/Osha compliance, Hours of Service, and safety procedures.
Track driver performance, ELD compliance, route adherence, and service levels.
Coordinate capacity planning with engineering to meet service commitments.
Coach and develop drivers, conduct disciplinary actions as needed.
Maintain accurate transportation records and submit reports on deadlines.
Utilize TMS and related systems to generate operational insights and KPIs.
Communicate with customers, drivers, and leadership to resolve issues.
