Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. seeks a Transportation Specialist in Pendleton, SC to oversee CDL driver activities and company equipment, ensuring safe, compliant operations.

You will coordinate pickups/deliveries, monitor ELD and route performance, and maintain accurate records in the TMS suite. Collaborating with the engineering team, you will address capacity needs and support operational efficiency while leading or coaching drivers as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in management, business, logistics, transportation, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in transportation/logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of assigned Class A CDL drivers and equipment.
• Ensure DOT, FMCSR, OSHA compliance; enforce safety procedures.
• Monitor driver performance and route adherence; manage attendance and coaching.
• Coordinate pickups/deliveries; track KPI metrics and asset utilization.
• Maintain transportation records in TMS and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with engineering to address capacity needs and service issues.
