Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC in Lumber Bridge, NC seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead hourly staff and oversee driver deliveries, loading/unloading, and customer service, aligning daily tasks with cost objectives.

You will hire, train, coach, and manage performance, drive process improvements, and ensure safety and compliance while meeting customer requirements. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00AM–5:00PM, with bonus eligibility based on performance.

• Willingness to travel and adhere to schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and hourly associates to meet customer requirements.
• Schedule and allocate staffing and resources to operations.
• Conduct team meetings and provide coaching.
• Monitor performance and take corrective action.
