Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years related experience in operations or logistics management.
• 3+ years managerial or supervisory experience with DOT regulated positions required
• High School degree or equivalent required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in a dynamic operational environment to exceed established goals.
• Interact daily with local customer to understand needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Identify operational improvements in routes, carrier selection, and loading.
• Develop and execute annual financial and operating plans.
