Qualifications

• Experience with vehicle maintenance programs and safety initiatives.
• Excellent organizational and coaching abilities.
• Strong computer literacy and SAP familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead local safety program implementation and daily transportation operations.
• Recruit, train and supervise drivers and support staff.
• Oversee budgeting, billing, and cost control at the location.
• Ensure hours of service compliance for drivers and scheduling.
• Drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support transport managers in regional initiatives.
