Job summary

Messer is a leading industrial gases company, dedicated to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence. This role focuses on running the Bethlehem location’s transportation operations, driving safety programs, and ensuring efficient, compliant logistics.

You will supervise drivers and office staff, coordinate with regional teams, and manage SAP-based processes while pursuing continuous improvement and cost control to meet business targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience (e.g., Driver Trainer or Distribution Planning within Messer) preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance with DOT, OSHA and Hazmat regulations across the location.
• Recruit and train drivers to meet daily schedule requirements.
