Job summary

Bechtel is overseeing the Transportation Supervisor on the Thacker Pass project in Nevada. The role ensures safe, reliable personnel transport, manages the transportation contractor, and aligns with field operations to support shifts and site activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
• 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance, dispatch, route planning, and driver management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation of project personnel to and from the Thacker Pass jobsite.
• Supervise transportation contractors, scheduling, and route adjustments.
• Monitor fleet utilization, safety compliance, and incident investigations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and driver drug/alcohol testing programs.
• Coordinate ad hoc transport and site tours as required.
