Job summary

Carillon, Inc seeks a Transportation Coordinator to plan, direct, and evaluate transportation for residents across independent living, memory care, and skilled nursing. The role emphasizes safe, reliable, and courteous services for medical, shopping, and social outings.

You will lead transportation staff, manage fleet operations, ensure regulatory compliance, budgeting, and continuous service improvements to support resident independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 3 years of progressive transportation management experience.
• Valid Texas Commercial Driver License with Passenger Endorsement

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily transportation services for residents.
• Develop transportation schedules that maximize efficiency.
• Ensure timely and reliable transportation for medical appointments and events.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, coach, and evaluate transportation personnel.
• Oversee fleet operations and maintenance.
• Monitor driver qualifications and safety compliance.
• Promote safety, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with Life Enrichment and Plant Department Directors.
