Job summary

Carillon is a premier senior living community in West Texas seeking a Transportation Coordinator to plan, direct, and evaluate transportation for residents across independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.

You will supervise transportation personnel and fleet, ensure ADA compliance and safety, manage scheduling and budgeting, and collaborate with Life Enrichment and Plant Departments to support resident independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years in transportation management preferred.
• CDL-P required; knowledge of ADA and safety regulations is essential.
• Proven ability to schedule, dispatch, and supervise a transportation team.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily transportation for residents across care levels.
• Develop schedules to maximize efficiency and meet resident needs.
• Ensure timely transportation for medical appointments, events, and activities.
• Oversee fleet maintenance, regulatory compliance, and safety programs.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate transportation staff; monitor staffing levels.
• Maintain trip scheduling systems and records; manage budgets and costs.
