Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing or Transportation/Logistics preferred.
• Six months to one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to operate a computer terminal and satellite communications system.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain driver relationships to meet driver needs (home time, payroll, equipment, etc.).
• Partner with managers to optimize loads based on origin, destination, freight type, miles, stops and driver availability.
• Interface with billing, customer service, risk, safety, payroll, fuel, maintenance and vendors.
