Truline Corp in Irwindale, CA seeks an Account Manager/Dispatcher to lead a fleet of 25+ Class A/B drivers, optimize routes, and ensure on-time deliveries six days a week.

This role emphasizes safety, customer service, and profitability, requiring strong leadership, fleet management, and knowledge of Hours-of-Service and DOT regulations. It is a full-time on-site position offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 years of transportation experience required.
• Experience managing CDL Class A & B Flatbed drivers with Moffett’s.
• Strong knowledge of Hours of Service regulations and DOT/State regulations.
• Experience using PeopleNet OBC, TMS systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in Windows-based programs, MS Word and Excel.
• Manage fleet at the Irwindale, CA distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fleet of 25+ Class A & B drivers ensuring on-time performance.
• Manage Safety, Compliance, Customer Service, Vehicle Maintenance, Driver performance and P/L.
• Optimize routes and ensure loads delivered six days per week.
• Investigate and resolve complaints.
• Build strong relationships with employees and customers.
• Enforce policies fairly and consistently.
• Update and maintain TMS timely.
