CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. seeks a Dispatch Manager for the Perris, CA onsite role.

You will coordinate dispatch activities, manage freight movement, and communicate with drivers to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time service across assigned shifts. Responsibilities include leadership support with fleet managers, maintaining professional cross-team communication, and ensuring DOT/HOS compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or fleet operations preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, Hours of Service (HOS), and transportation safety practices expected.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch activity and manage freight movement to ensure safety, compliance, and on-time service.
• Lead with fleet managers to maintain driver communication and operational consistency across shifts.
• Maintain open, timely communication with drivers, internal teams, and customer contacts.
• Ensure DOT and HOS compliance; report safety or regulatory concerns promptly.
• Monitor load status, driver availability, and service metrics to preempt delays.
• Collaborate with planning, maintenance, and customer service to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
• Be flexible to support 24/7 operations and off-hours coverage.
• Maintain reliable attendance and perform additional duties as needed.
