Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC is seeking a Transportation Administrator to support the daily operations of our Final Mile delivery network. You will coordinate routes, maintain DOT compliance, and act as the communications hub between drivers, dispatch, and management to ensure on-time delivery and cost-effective operations.

This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Power BI and WMS, and the ability to lead teams and drive process improvements within an office-based setting

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical skills using data and reporting.
• Microsoft, Power BI, WMS experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present data clearly.
• Ability to lead teams and drive process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Route & Schedule Coordination: Assist with planning and assigning delivery routes to ensure timely service.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate DOT records, driver logs, and vehicle inspection reports.
• Communication Hub: Act as the main contact for drivers and dispatch, resolving delivery issues promptly.
• Reporting: Generate and distribute transportation performance and cost reports.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage billing paperwork, fuel card tracking, and other operational documentation.
• Safety Support: Help implement safety programs and monitor adherence to FMCSA and company standards.
