Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of customer service experience preferred; 2 years in distribution/transportation in a high-volume operation preferred.
• Valid driver's license with insurability.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize and process driver daily paperwork, logs, manifest, and vehicle inspections.
• Answer phones, route calls and take messages.
• Research operation challenges and order supplies; liaison between office and operations.
• Respond to delivery associate issues and provide resolution support.
• Process inbound freight paperwork weekly and serve as primary contact for inbound freight issues.
• Run daily reports for operations supervisors (observations, vehicle tracking).
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervision or management.
