• Valid Class C non-commercial driver's license not suspended.
• Must meet PA residency requirements.
• Able to perform essential job functions.
• Must pass background investigation.
• Veterans' preference under PA law (51 Pa. C.S. 7103).
• Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) 711.

Responsibilities

• Material Inspection: verify materials meet specs and document details.
• Testing Oversight: observe tests and review compliance with PTM, AASHTO, ASTM.

• Equipment Verification: check calibration of department and vendor equipment.
• Plan Interpretation: read project plans or blueprints to confirm material use.
