Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking a QC Technician to record measurements and test data to ensure concrete and aggregate materials meet project specs such as PennDOT and PA Turnpike. The role requires documenting results and coordinating with production for quality improvements.

Two years of quality control or materials testing experience and knowledge of DOT specifications are preferred. A collaborative, safety-minded team player is essential, with opportunities to obtain state certifications within the NESL

Qualifications

• Two (2) years experience in quality control or materials testing preferred.
• Knowledge of PennDOT, PTC specifications and construction terms.
• State certifications or ability to obtain them.
• Able to collaborate and communicate across the business.
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain measurements and test data per project specs (PennDOT, PA Turnpike, NESL).
• Complete documentation and record-keeping for PennDOT, PA Turnpike, NESL.
• Ensure components meet required specifications for all products.
• Report results to Production management for quality improvement.
• Coordinate issues with supervisors or managers and document findings.
