Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking a QC Technician in Pennsylvania to record measurements and test data ensuring aggregates, concrete, and bituminous products meet PennDOT and other governmental specs. You will learn and complete documentation for PennDOT, PA Turnpike, and NESL while validating materials suppliers and components.

Two years of quality control or materials testing experience is preferred, with knowledge of PennDOT/PTC specs and related terminology.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in quality control or materials testing preferred.
• Knowledge of PennDOT, PTC specifications, and construction/materials terminology.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain measurements and test data to ensure materials meet project specs.
• Complete necessary PennDOT/Turnpike/NESL documentation and record keeping.
• Ensure components used in products meet required specifications.
• Report results to Production management for quality improvement.
• Coordinate issues with supervisors or managers.
• Record inspection results and report when specs are not met.
• Collect and process material certifications.”,
