Job summary

PRIME AE Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing and Business Development team in Maryland. You will craft compelling proposals, qualification packages, and interview materials to pursue MDOT and related agencies.

You will translate complex transportation concepts into client-focused narratives in collaboration with engineers and project managers. You will maintain Maryland content libraries, support color-team reviews, and develop visuals for presentations while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in proposal coordination, marketing, or BD in AEC or professional services; 5–7 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Maryland transportation market and MDOT structure.
• Experience preparing proposals for Maryland transportation agencies preferred.
• Public-sector procurement and RFQ/RFP submission familiarity.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into concise client-focused content.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals, qualifications, letters of interest, and interview materials from strategy to submission.
• Monitor opportunities with MDOT and modal agencies; manage compliance matrices and schedules.
• Collaborate with transportation leadership to define pursuit strategy and themes.
• Write and edit content addressing Maryland transportation priorities and design solutions.
• Coordinate with subconsultants to collect resumes and project content.
• Maintain Maryland transportation content libraries and reusable narratives.
• Support pursuit kickoffs, color-team reviews, and final quality checks.
• Track opportunities and solicitations with BD and technical leads.
• Create visuals and organization content with marketing/graphics staff.
• Contribute to client presentations, conferences, and thought-leadership content.
