Job summary

Trinity Health PACE is seeking a Transportation Program Supervisor to oversee the transportation component for participants, meals, DME, and supplies. You will lead scheduling, maintenance, and vendor relations while ensuring quality service and regulatory compliance.

You will report on participant status, supervise staff, and coordinate with drivers and dispatch to maintain efficient operations. A valid license and prior transportation leadership experience are required; travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with frail or elderly population.
• 2 years of administrative/supervisory experience in a transportation setting.
• 5 years of experience in the transportation industry.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Must manage conflict well; strong decision-making and flexibility to adapt to change.
• Position may require travel of up to 10% within the Centers geographic region.

Responsibilities

• Serve on the interdisciplinary team (IDT) and report changes in participants' baseline status daily.
• Supervise transportation staff; oversee hiring, training, and daily operations.
• Manage transportation scheduling software and ensure effective daily communications between Center, drivers, dispatch, and coordinator.
• Coordinate daily delivery of home-delivered meals, DME, supplies, and miscellaneous items.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, and assist with researching new vehicle purchases.
• Ensure participant satisfaction related to transportation; collaborate on budgeting and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage third-party contracts and maintain vendor list with appropriate staffing levels.
