Job summary

Trinity Health PACE seeks a Transportation Supervisor for its Broad Street location. The role manages the transportation program, coordinates transport for participants, meals, and medical supplies, and travels to surrounding PACE sites as needed.

The supervisor reports to the Director of In-Home Services and ensures compliant, patient-centered transport while maintaining efficient operations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience working with frail or elderly populations.
• 2 years of administrative/supervisory experience in a transportation setting.
• 5 years of experience in the transportation industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the transportation program, including transport of participants, meals, durable medical equipment, and pharmacy.
• Coordinate and provide transportation services to surrounding PACE locations.
