Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution.
- Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
- Experience as a driver is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead with a safety mindset to ensure injury-free operations for drivers and the public.
- Oversee and develop drivers and Transportation associates through coaching and training.
- Discuss performance with Sr. Transportation Managers and create improvement plans.
- Direct and supervise work of drivers and clerical staff to meet safety and service targets.
- Monitor production goals and ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction, while adhering to DOT regulations.
