Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking an experienced Transportation Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead a team of about 15 delivery drivers across Arizona. The role focuses on daily routing, scheduling, and logistics, with an emphasis on improving efficiency and service levels.

You will develop SOPs and KPIs, drive process improvements, and help select transportation software while ensuring safe, compliant operations and strong vendor and customer relations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of transportation, logistics, fleet, or distribution management experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing transportation teams and drivers.
• Experience creating SOPs, performance metrics, and operational processes.
• Strong routing, logistics, and transportation operations knowledge.
• Stable employment history and ability to provide a 5-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
