Qualifications

• Some knowledge of methods, procedures, and materials used in highway/bridge maintenance and construction.
• Knowledge of applicable inspection methods, procedures and techniques.
• Understanding of safety standards and TX MUTCD guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, repairing, and installing signs and fixtures; basic welding as needed.
• Assist with traffic control and site safety measures.
• Maintain highways and rights-of-way including repairs and signage; move materials to job sites.
