McLane is seeking a Transportation Maintenance Supervisor to lead repair, maintenance, and capital projects, ensuring peak efficiency of trucks, trailers, and refrigeration systems. You will mentor technicians, manage budgets, and coordinate parts inventory.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent professional training and experience in heavy maintenance discipline.
• 5+ years of maintenance supervision experience in automotive or heavy-duty shop.
• Strong leadership, communication, and accountability.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and read English at a proficient level.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for repair, maintenance, supplies, and parts inventory.
• Negotiate maintenance contracts and third-party support.
• Coordinate daily activities of Technicians and maintain safety standards.
• Utilize Fleet Assistant to optimize asset utilization.
