Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc Supply Chain in Memphis, TN seeks a strategic transportation leader to oversee end-to-end network strategy across LTL, FTL, intermodal, parcel, ocean and air. You will drive service, cost efficiency, and resiliency while partnering with Distribution Operations, Planning, Customs Compliance, Finance, and Technology to enable growth.

You will lead a high-performing team, develop dashboards, mentor leaders, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, and champion data-driven decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive transportation leadership experience.
• At least 5 years leading managers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing domestic and international transportation networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an enterprise transportation strategy.
• Lead LTL, FTL, Intermodal, Parcel, Ocean, and Air Freight operations.
• Oversee carrier procurement, sourcing, and contract negotiations.
• Manage a multi-million-dollar transportation budget and forecasting.
• Partner with Distribution Operations, Planning, and Finance to align transportation with business goals.
• Develop transportation analytics and executive reporting to drive decisions.
