The role emphasizes cost-effective transportation decisions, effective communication with Sales and Production, and use of TMS, PowerBI, and Excel. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of related transportation experience are required, with a 1st shift from 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related transportation experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS).
• Ability to analyze shipping data and propose cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute truck scheduling, deliveries, pickups and inbound freight.
• Allocate trucking resources efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Communicate with Sales and Production to meet shipping requirements.
• Assist in processing freight claims and coordinating with Accounts Payable.
• Develop and monitor department KPIs to drive improvement.
• Lead internal liaison with Customer Solutions, Sales, and Procurement.
