Responsibilities

  • Drafting complex legal documents, including amendments to complaints and responses to discovery.
  • Completing court-issued forms and researching complex issues.
  • Interfacing with clients, staff, and attorneys; screening calls and summarizing communications.
  • Scheduling witnesses and organizing supporting documents, exhibits, and evidence.
