Qualifications

• Graduation from a paralegal program with two years of paralegal experience or a Bachelor’s degree with two years of paralegal experience.
• GED with six years of paralegal experience acceptable with equivalent duties.

Responsibilities

• Draft complex legal documents including amendments to complaints and responses to discovery.
• Prepare and file documents in Superior Courts under attorney supervision.
• Assist with data gathering, preparing exhibits, documents, and affidavits for trial.
• Schedule witnesses and organize supporting documents and evidence.
• Assist attorneys in setting up criminal appellate briefs or draft statements of fact.
