BCG Attorney Search is seeking a proactive Transportation Litigation Attorney for its Madison, New Jersey office. The attorney will represent a large international logistics services provider, handling diverse litigation matters in the transportation sector and navigating relevant regulations.

The role supports a flexible, hybrid work arrangement to balance client needs and collaboration with colleagues. The ideal candidate has New Jersey admission, 3-8 years of casualty litigation experience,

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in New Jersey.
• 3-8 years of general casualty litigation experience.
• Transportation and logistics regulatory experience preferred.
• Deposition and motion practice experience required.
• Trial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload under senior attorney supervision.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on transportation laws and regulations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and offices.
• Draft case analysis reports for client stakeholders.
