The ideal candidate has 7+ years of relevant experience, a Juris Doctor, and New Jersey licensure with strong writing and advocacy skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Juris Doctor degree required.
• Licensed to practice in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Prepare for arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
• Engage in civil litigation including transportation, general liability, and insurance defense.
