Job summary

Wilson Elser - Attorneys in Las Vegas is seeking a Transportation Associate to manage a litigation caseload from inception to completion. You will collaborate with partners and other attorneys on complex projects and appear in court as needed.

The role requires a JD, Nevada admission, and 2+ years in general liability and transportation claims, with strong written and oral communication skills. A hybrid schedule and growth within a national firm are offered.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in Nevada is required.
• 2+ years of general liability, premises liability, trucking and transportation experience.
• Superior written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Legal project management experience is helpful.

The Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
