Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• Experience as a driver is a plus.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first culture in the Transportation department.
• Oversee and develop drivers and Transportation associates through coaching and training.
• Schedule shifts and manage performance; ensure DOT regulations are followed.
• Drive cost-effective and lawful delivery solutions and resolve issues related to deliveries.
