The position offers a flexible per diem schedule, working a maximum of 24 hours per week. The pay rate is $19.89 per hour. Duties include vehicle inspections, logging trips, and addressing participant issues while maintaining professional boundaries.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record and the ability to drive for long periods.
• Knowledge of the geographic area surrounding the facility is preferred.
• Experience working in a correctional or secure environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out laundry duties including sorting and folding uniforms.
• Provide transportation for clients to and from the facility.
• Conduct visual inspections of vehicles at the beginning of each shift.
• Log all trips and mileage accurately.
• Bring vehicles for routine maintenance and service.
• Address program participant issues and report to the Program Director.
• Complete assigned driver safety training within 30 days.
• Serve as a role model for offenders while maintaining boundaries.
• Report any rule infractions to the Program Director.
