Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales professional to drive new business and manage a growing book of clients in Texas. You will meet quotas monthly, conduct in-person or remote prospecting, and collaborate with Client Service to secure renewal opportunities.

The ideal candidate holds a State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health license, a 4-year degree, 2-5 years of sales experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Qualifikationen

• State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License.
• 4-year Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or related area of study.
• 2-5 years in an insurance sales role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated skills in analytics and internal/external communication.

Aufgaben

• Meets established sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Utilizes Trucordia sales and marketing tools to execute results-oriented activities such as cold calls and in-person appointments to close new business.
• Acts as subject matter expert to maximize probability of long-term success.
• Continually manages a book of business to support high renewal rates.
• Collaborates with Client Service to analyze renewal business and place new accounts.
• Follows Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices, including proper use of sales tools and CRM.
