Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, technical, and customer service support to the account team and assigned clients.
- Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements.
- Support policy issuance and documentation accuracy.
- Assist or lead new and renewal business processes.
- Gather underwriting information and documentation?
- Maintain accurate client and policy data in systems.
- Monitor activities and ensure timely task completion.
