The State of West Virginia seeks a Transportation Human Resources Specialist 1 to join the Employee Relations Section of the Human Resources Division. This entry-level, exempt position analyzes and applies state HR policies and rules to statewide operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Substitution: Experience in human resources, payroll, bookkeeping, or accounting may be substituted for the required training/education through an established formula.

Responsabilités

• The Transportation Human Resources Specialist 1 will report to the Employee Relations Section of the Human Resources Division and perform professional entry-level HR work at the division level in statewide operations.
• Analyze, interpret and apply policies, procedures, laws, rules and regulations specific to the operation of statewide human resources functions.
