The candidate will support a growing transportation operation, focusing on compliance, payroll accuracy, and employee support. Responsibilities include managing CDL driver qualifications, full-cycle recruiting, and maintaining HRIS data integrity. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of HR experience, strong organizational skills, and payroll exposure, and preferably hold a bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR generalist experience with payroll exposure.
• Experience supporting a trucking, transportation, logistics, or blue-collar workforce.
• Strong communication skills across diverse employee groups.

Responsibilities

• Track CDL licenses, endorsements, and medical card expirations.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers, technicians, and office personnel.
• Process payroll in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
