Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years of progressive human resources experience.
• 7+ years as an HR business partner/leader.
• Experience coaching HR professionals or teams.
• Experience with core people processes: engagement, talent acquisition, performance, succession, learning, compensation, org design.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions.

Aufgaben

• Partner with transportation leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Lead and develop two direct-report HR team members.
• Provide strategic consultation on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Drive people activities to strengthen engagement and wellbeing.
• Lead talent reviews, compensation planning, and performance processes.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver HR services.
• Address workplace concerns with Employee Relations COE.
• Use data to identify trends and advise on talent solutions.
• Support change-management and internal communications.
