North Carolina Department of Transportation seeks a Grant Administration Manager to oversee the grants program within the Finance and Grant Administration Branch in Wake County. You will review applications, guide program policy, and provide grant oversight while supervising staff and coordinating with leadership.

The role requires advanced planning knowledge, project leadership, and strong communication with diverse stakeholders; salary range reflects NC state pay grade NC21.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 3 years in public transportation planning/administration or transit management; or Bachelor’s degree and 5 years in data collection/analysis for transportation.
• Equivalency allowed: education and experience can substitute for each other as per policy.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Grants Administration team within Finance and Grant Administration Branch.
• Review applications, establish programmatic guidance, provide grant management oversight.
• Supervise Transportation Program Consultants and Grant Manager; lead weekly staff meetings.
