Qualifications

• Master's degree in urban and regional planning, transportation planning, engineering, business administration, or economics with three years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in urban and regional planning, transportation planning, engineering, business administration, or economics with five years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience per Education and Experience Equivalency Guide.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Grants Administration team within the Finance and Grant Administration Branch.
• Review applications and establish programmatic guidance for public transportation grant programs.
• Provide grant management oversight and respond to inquiries from grantees about funding, eligibility, compliance, and related matters.
• Supervise Transportation Program Consultants and Business Officer/Grant Manager; lead staff meetings and coordinate section needs.
