• Coordinates daily labor figures to control day-to-day labor expenses.
• Maintains DOT/FMCSA compliance and safety programs for transportation staff and vehicles.
• Trains Transportation staff, conducts performance evaluations, and coaches drivers.
• Performs office tasks including bookkeeping and reporting related to transportation.
