Job summary

Powdr-Copper Mountain, LLC is seeking a Vehicle Maintenance Trainer to lead the training efforts for the Vehicle Maintenance and Warehouse departments at Copper Mountain Resort in Summit County, Colorado.

You will work with the Vehicle Maintenance Manager and Fleet & Transportation Senior Manager to design and deliver classroom and on-the-job training, ensuring staff have maximum equipment availability while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Develop and oversee comprehensive technician training programs.
• Create and update training material and courses.
• Provide classroom and on-the-job training to apprentice technicians.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and implementation of technician training programs.
• Develop training materials and propose improvements to management.
• Instruct and supervise apprentice technicians during training sessions.
• Enhance preventive maintenance and safety programs to reduce risk.
• Maintain training records and ensure regulatory compliance.
